This fund has been organized to help the Vandenberg family (Mark, Karen, Hannah and Hayden) of San Carlos, who suffered a house fire on the evening of March 25, 2020. Thankfully, all four family members and their dog, Beatrice, made it out safely and uninjured. The social distancing and shelter-in-place order arising from the COVID-19 pandemic no doubt add an entirely more challenging dimension to an already devastating loss. Funds raised will help bring the Vandenbergs some comfort during this trying time and will be used to cover expenses, including those for clothing, supplies, food, lodging, etc. in the coming weeks/months.
