As part of the online release of “The Etiquette of Dying”, we would like to give back to Vancouver Hospice Society as this project was created as an artistic reflection on the emotional, mental, and physical journey at the end of life. The music and original text of this film is inspired by a personal connection to a family member's final days in hospice care. The project grew from a place of gratitude, grief, and deep respect for the compassion shown during that time.
In honour of their memory — and to support others navigating this same passage — we are releasing the project for free online and using its launch to raise $3,000 for the Vancouver Hospice Society. Their dedicated team provides comfort, dignity, and essential support to individuals and families during one of life’s most vulnerable stages, and their presence made a profound impact on many families.
If this project resonates with you, or if you believe in the importance of compassionate end-of-life care, we invite you to contribute. Your donation will directly support the Vancouver Hospice Society and help ensure this vital care remains accessible to those who need it most.
