Hi, I am starting this Go Fund Me for my dear friend Elaine Hinson and my Goddaughter, Donna Kay.

Donna was born in 1977 and diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. She is non-verbal and has been bedridden her entire life. 2 years ago Elaine's husband passed away and a few months later her 1st born son, Ryan suffered a heart attack and died. Ryan had moved in with his mother to help her with Donna. Her van with the wheelchair lift is no longer operable and Elaine has no way to transport Donna to doctors' appointments. In the last 3 months, Donna has been hospitalized 3 times and is currently in the hospital. Elaine lives approximately 30 minutes away from the hospital and doctors. She is a senior and lives on limited funds, therefore she cannot afford a used handicapped van. Donna's wheelchair is specially made to support her back and keep her arms forward. It is taller than normal and requires a full sized van.

Please help us collect the funds needed to buy a used handicapped van for Donna and Elaine. The least expensive used one we have found is 25k. God Bless.
