My name is Misty Van Tassel and I am fundraising for my brother Shelby Van Tassel. Unfortunately, my brother is going through yet another tragedy in life! Yesterday afternoon he learned his house was on fire and when he arrived on the scene there was nothing he could do but watch and wonder if anything inside would be salvageable. Fortunately, his son was able to get out of the home safely before it became too engulfed. I can't imagine losing everything I own! The memories, pictures, clothes ..... to all of a sudden have nothing but literally, the clothes on your back would be devastating! He was able to enter the home today but there is absolutely nothing left! He would never ask me to start this gofundme page and frankly, I haven't even told him!
