Van for Stan

We need a "Van for Stan"!

It has been more than three years now since Dad's traumatic brain injury and it has been one wild roller coaster ride!

Currently, Dad is able to eat more solid food and we have started decreasing the amount of tube feeding that he receives as he is now getting more normal foods to replace it with. This is really exciting for us!

Dad is still participating in Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy 2 times a week. His communication skills are also improving though his memory still seems to struggle. He can remember a Bible verse and music lyrics but sometimes doesn't know who his loved ones are.

That said, we are at a point now where we would like to become more mobile with Dad. Up to this point, we have used borrowed or rented transportation to get Dad around, but to give Mom (Theresa) more flexibility, we have been searching for a used handicap van to purchase.

Here is where you come in! Will you please join us in helping my parents get a van to give us a whole new level of freedom and flexibility in our schedules? Thank you in advance for the love, support, and prayers over this long journey.
