Van for Sharon

Donation protected
A year ago today, Eddie Padgett closed his eyes on earth and opened them in heaven. We were all so shocked by his sudden passing. Eddie always had a smile on his face and brighten every room. His death has made me more aware of how everyday is a gift. Working with Sharon Eddie Padgett daily last year gave me a unique window into widowhood. She has leaned heavily on her faith and has not one time complained. As we remember Eddie today, can I ask you to remember Sharon as well. She smiles and laughs but her best friend is gone. Her helper. Sharon has been without a car since July 22nd. For the last 25 years she has transported kids around Cherokee County and even as she does that this year, she can’t transport herself. I have been picking her up and taking her home after the bus route and just praying how I could further help. She may whoop me for putting this out there, but what if we honored Eddies life today by helping Sharon get transportation?? Let’s see what we can raise to help her. The Bible says pure and undefiled religion is caring for the orphans and the widows. If you want to help, make a pledge or message below. Let’s send Sharon a good gift to help her.
