Soy Juan Armando Alfonzo, y estoy aquí con un corazón lleno de esperanza y un pedido importante. Mi padre, Armando Alfonzo, fue diagnosticado con cáncer de páncreas. Después de intentar diversas opciones, hemos encontrado una oportunidad de tratamiento en la Fundación Champalimaud en Lisboa, especializada en este tipo de cáncer. Sin embargo, necesitamos tu ayuda para cubrir parte de los costos de esta cirugía vital.
