Help Me Rebuild with a Reliable Vehicle

Hi everyone,

This is incredibly hard for me to write, but I'm learning that sometimes we all need to lean on each other. Right now, I'm in one of those seasons of life where everything feels like it's falling apart at once—and I'm asking for your help to put one piece back together.

I lost my car two years ago but a lot has happened within that time from up until now. Lost everything I had including my Great Grandmother and my job. I’ve now been working since September 2024 trying to rebuild my life. I’ve been doing my best to stay afloat—juggling work, responsibilities, and life without a reliable way to get around. My old car was totaled in a fire that started from someone else’s car catching fire that was parked next to mine.

Without a vehicle, simple things—getting to work, grocery shopping, and most importantly, being there physically for my child—have turned into constant struggles. I've tried ride-share services, buses, trains, even walking when I had no other choice. It’s been exhausting, physically and emotionally.

I’ve been looking around and I’ve found several dependable used vehicles and dealerships who work with individuals who are in the process of rebuilding. Being able to have something reliable would be a real game-changer.

The only thing standing in the way is the down payment for either option. I’m doing everything I can to save what I can, but I’m falling short—and I don’t have the kind of support system that can help cover the gap.

That’s why I’m here, swallowing my pride and asking for help. If you’re able to donate, even just a few dollars, it would mean more than I can express. If you can’t give right now, I completely understand—but sharing this would help more than you know.
