My name is Ted Mawson and I am 10 years old. I have been asking my mum for a while now if I could raise money for cancer. In my short life, I have known too many people who have been affected by cancer.... my family, my friends families, and my parents friends and families.  I am not a bad swimmer, so the best way I thought I could raise money was to swim laps.  I have asked some of my mates from Valentine Public School to help me.
On Monday 29th April, Sylas, Mitch, Luke, Cohen , Fletcher and I are going to swim 300 laps of Valentine Pool. I am raising money for The  Australian Cancer Research Foundation. Every donation will help whether it be large or small.
