Cobb residents Kirkland, Rowan and Timbre Davis were in Cobb when the fire broke out and had to evacuate immediately. They didn’t even have time to get the family cat.
The good news is that all family members are safe and grateful for their lives. They are still not able to get up to the evacuation site to see what is remaining.
One wonderful ray of sunshine in this disaster was that a friend posted a photo of the family cat with a distinctive collar on, and “Puff the Magic Kitty” was found! This is a photo of Timbre with her beloved cat. I was with Timbre today when the first tears came as she realized she might never be going home to her bedroom in Cobb.
If you have any amount to spare, it would be greatly appreciated. This Go Fund Me was started by a former teacher of Timbre Davis, and I can vouch that there would not be a more deserving or appreciative family, who really does not like to ask for any help.
In times like these, being able to go and get exactly what you need is so important and comforting. That is why Go Fund Me is the perfect way to truly help this family.

5. The mother of Timbre Davis is the administrator of the fund; I just started it for the family.
