Valinta’s back surgery recovery

Hey family & friends! I’m currently on a long journey of recovering from a back injury. I recently had to undergo a surgical procedure that left me in a lot of pain almost to the point of immobility and if you know me, then you know I perform for a living and it will be a long while before I can perform again.
