Valerie Stargel Brown was tragically taken from those who love her on Thursday, January 8, 2015. She was an avid Seahawks fan who loved her family with all her heart. She was always ready to try something new, and was very excited about her first cruise to Hawaii later this year with family.
In honor of Valerie's memory, we are asking well-wishers to direct their support to Violent Crime Victim Services in Tacoma, Washington so that other bereaved families can find the resources they need in the face of tragedy. Your gift will provide direct services to the survivors of homicide victims.
Violent Crime Victim Services is a 501(c)(3) organization. They have proved to be an incredible source of support for our family. Learn more about the services VCVS offers to families in Pierce County and south Puget Sound cities at their website, http://www.vcvs.org.
Thank you so much for your help and generosity. We know Valerie would be touched by the outpouring of love and kindness you have shown to our family over the past few weeks since her passing.
With gratitude,
The Stargel Family
