The Memorial Service will be held Saturday September 30th, 2017 from 1-3 pm at the VA Chapel Building 152 at 500 AZ-89, Prescott, AZ 86301
There will be a gathering and feeding by the Prescott United Methodist Church at the Monument Park at Sheldon St & Montezuma St) starting at 11 am followed by a procession to the VA Chapel at 12:55 pm. All are welcome to attend.
Valerie Creek departed us yesterday around 6:45pm as she and her son Quincy were riding their bikes only a few hundred yards from their home when she was hit by an oncoming vehicle. She died in his arms. He is 16. Valerie is survived by Quincy and his father Tom, who is a disabled veteran on very low income.
Valerie Creek, a loving wife, mother, friend and wonderful person who gave her heart and smiles to everyone she met. Thank you Val for allowing Quincy to be a part of my life and allowing our relationship to flourish..You will truly be missed...Heaven gained another beautiful soul last night...
Funds are needed to provide for Valerie's cremation, memorial services and future expenses for Tom and Quincy.
