In memory of my mum Valerie Southcott, we are inviting donations to Cartref Care Home — the place that held her with such kindness in her final days.

Instead of bringing flowers or lighting candles, please consider supporting the people who cared for her so gently.

Her memorial will take place this Saturday at 11 am at Cartref on Brecon road.
