As a memorial of Valerie Anderson who passed too soon, we are setting up a scholarship.  Valerie's greatest passion in life was her family and she is survived by her husband and two sons, Morgan and Maximilian.  Morgan will be attending Broward College in Fall of 2018 and he plans to eventually graduate from NSU with a focus on marine science.  

Valerie was devoted to the education of her children.  She became a stay-at-home mom after the birth of her first son and rather than earning a paycheck, she spent most of her time in the classrooms, devoting countless hours as a volunteer for the schools where her children attended.  It wasn't until Morgan started High School that Valerie went back to work, and then only part time so that she could be sure to be home when Morgan got home.

We are setting up a fund so that Morgan will be able to realize his mother's passion as well as his dreams.  Morgan will be needing financial assistance to defray the cost of tuition, books, commuting expenses, etc.  Any help is appreciated.
