Debbie Valenzuela and Family
Donation protected
The Corona family who work with Debbie Valenzuela would like to support the Valenzuela family as they overcome the various tribulations of their lives. The Valenzuela family has had the most unique set of circumstances brought upon them including a son with congenital health issues and Debbie being diagnosed with Stage 3 cancer.
Debbie is a special education teacher at Corona del Sol. She is an amazing teacher who is always positive. Her coworkers describe her as inspirational, positive, and enthusiastic. Ten months ago, Debbie was diagnosed with Stage 3 Cervical Cancer. Debbie has endured so much during her battle with cancer. Debbie received chemotherapy, internal and external radiation last spring. This was very trying on her and her family. During this time, Ray lost his job because he had to care for Ryan and Debbie full time. This has increased the financial burden on this family.
Ryan's health issues include tracheomalcia, bronchiolomalcia, chronic lung disease, collapsed left mainstem bronchus, and neurogenitic bladder. He has kyphosis, scoliosis and thoracic insufficiency. Ryan is dependent on a ventilator, has a trach, needs constant oxygen, he is also fed through a broviac central line through his veins. Ryan has titanium rods in his back that must be adjusted every 4-6 months in Philadelphia. He receives 3 IVs a day to help him fight the MERSA infection on his titanium rods. Ryan has endured over 70 surgeries during his 12 year life. He is homebound and no longer mobile. Ryan requires round-the-clock medical care by the family and nurses.
Through this campaign, we are hoping to help this family with covering the costs of Ryan and Debbie's medical bills, prescriptions, their mortgage, groceries and anything else they may need.
This is truly an amazing family. Any amount of money would greatly help! We want to take some of the financial burden off this family so the Valenzuelas can focus on being healthy and happy.
Thank you in advance for your donations! They are greatly appreciated!
