Val Teixeira’s charitable fund

On Thanksgiving, we lost a king:

As tributes from loved ones attest, Val will never be replaced.  We can only hope his memory can serve as example for us all.

Our fundraiser was created with the approval of Elizabeth Gomes, Val’s widow.  She has since discovered that Val had adequate insurance to cover his funeral expenses.  Elizabeth plans to donate the proceeds from this fundraiser to Mass Elite Football, Inner City Football, and scholarships at UMass.
