Hi everyone!

I am Marge, a friend training with Nikki in Muay thai and I want to support her in her upcoming gender reaffirming surgeries.

I started this fundraiser for Nikki in order to reach her family, friends, acquaintances, the Muay thai community, the trans/queer community in order to support her.

For those who do not know Nikki, she is a Muay thai fighter, 1st Warriors Cup Trans Woman Division Champion and certified Kru Khan 11, trained in Thailand, accomplishing her dream to become an established pro fighter and opening opportunities and spaces to the trans community in the fighting world. She is interested in opening a gym and teaching more her passion in the future.

Even though the surgery itself is covered in Quebec Canada, she will not be able to work/train for at least 3 months and her governmental aid will not be sufficient to cover her basic expanses (rent, food, electricity bills, and medical care).

Overview of her estimated expanses:

-Living expenses (rent, bills, food, etc.) for one month : $1200: total for 3 months : $3600

-Medical equipment, medication, and transportation costs, assistance : $500

-Professional fees for healing treatments (physical therapy, acupuncture, massage therapy) : $1900

-Back to training: $1000

Total : $7000

Considering the political climate around trans lives in the actual world and the uncertainty of trans cares possibilities in the future, she is trying to get some surgeries done before the access might be compromise in the near future.
