We are Vietnam Hearts — a collective of local and international Vietnamese volunteers providing free English classes to underprivileged children in Bình Thạnh, Ho Chi Minh City.

Over the past year, teaching these children has shown me that education alone isn’t enough. Many of them come to class hungry, tired, or unwell — and no child can learn properly under those conditions. That’s why Vietnam Hearts expanded our mission beyond education: we began providing food for the children and their families. But as time went on, we realized something deeper, to truly help them grow, we must also protect their health.

As we approach the end of the year, we want to do even more for our 195 students.

That’s why we’re partnering with FPT Medical Center to offer flu vaccinations for all of them on January 30th, 2026.

The cost for each VAXIGRIP TETRA flu vaccine is 280,000 VND (approx. 9€) per child, totaling 67,200,000 VND (approx. 2 151€) to protect every student in our care.

Every contribution — no matter how small — brings us closer to protecting 195 bright young minds from preventable diseases, allowing them to learn, play, and dream freely.
