Help Varun Rebuild After Home Flood

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out on behalf of one of our amazing team members, Varun, who is going through an absolute nightmare right now and could really use our help.

While Varun was on vacation, pipes burst in the upstairs of their home, flooding the entire house. They had to cut their trip short and rush back to deal with what turned out to be a total loss. To make matters worse, this is their new home - a place where they were just starting to build their life and make memories.

Right now, Varun is displaced and facing huge unexpected costs. Insurance may not cover everything, and they're dealing with temporary housing, replacing all their belongings, and taking time off work to handle this mess. The financial and emotional stress is overwhelming.

Varun is someone who is an amazing colleague and leader - Varun is always willing to help others and lean in without being asked. They would never ask for help themselves, which is why I'm organizing this for them. No one should have to face something like this alone.
