Hi, My name is Rohini Massey, I'm so embarrassed to create this and even ask for help, but if I don't ask, I'll never know. I was blessed to find someone to take over my lease. However, they can't until my past-due balance is paid in full. Here is my story.....

I lost my job in June 2022 and have been actively looking for employment, but as all my fellow mortgage people know, it's near impossible to find anything out there in the industry due to the market. I drained all my savings to keep a roof over our heads (my 10 and 12-year-old kids and mine). I stepped out of my comfort zone, accepted the new mortgage loan sales job in October 2022, and was eager to learn, grow, and succeed. Income at the new job is minimum wage plus commissions. My potential was to earn way enough to afford life, but a week into my starting, the company announced they were gracefully shutting their doors at the end of the year 2022. With that said, my potential to make commissions became zero. They have allowed us to work until the company closes down and trying to live on minimum wage with two kids and only one minimum wage income is impossible. I'm behind half of November 2022 rent and all of December 2022 rent. I have to vacate the premises on 12/31/2022. Any help to pay off my past due balance so the new persons can take over the lease would mean the world to me. Again, I've never asked for help, and I'm so embarrassed.
