My name is Noelle, and I am a victim of fraud and identity theft. I am currently trying to obtain legal representation due to the injustice I encountered from a previous known associate (Janzel E.). Janzel has presented multiple restaurant companies under the names of "Island Ali'i" and "Anytime Hawaiian BBQ and Local Food" throughout Southern California. He obtains new locations by scamming numerous individuals through illegal means and methods. He had misused funds on my behalf that ultimately ended up going towards his own personal funds and spending, where I am now $85,000 in debt. Janzel is still nowhere to be found and has still not answered for his wrongdoings for falsely using my identity.

Local law enforcement advised me to obtain a legal representative. I explained to law enforcement I cannot afford a lawyer due to the cost, however, they said there was nothing else they could do. 

 

I want to make a difference and end his scamming of others once and for all. I wish I had spoken up about this a long time ago, but I was too nervous to say anything, and frankly, I was truly embarrassed that this had happened to me. So please help me make a difference and get justice, not only for me but also for others who fell victim to people like this, and prevent this from happening to others.
