Hey there! I’m Rhonda Jendrzey & I’ve been a REALTOR 34 years and most of the time it’s been in Property Management. I always looked up to Letha Petrash and tried to model my business like hers! Her daughter, April Goldman (who became a VAAR member in 2005) joined her a few years ago and has now taken over Letha’s property management business. April is in dire need of a liver transplant and is on a very short wait list in Houston. It has become necessary for April to be staying within 45 minutes of the transplant hospital. She and her husband have had to take up residence in one of the corporate unit (hotels) paying $150-$200/night plus food and parking fees at the hospital. Their insurance will pay pretty well for the surgery but will not help with these expenses. I am asking each of you, if you can, to help our fellow REALTOR—we are always willing to go out of our way to help lots of people in need! I am sure you have heard of either April or her mom, Letha. If you haven’t, just ask someone in your office and they’ll tell you what great people they are. April didn’t want to put this on Facebook or bring lots of attention to their situation.
