Gordon's Recovery Fund
Donation protected
On February 22, 2017 tragedy struck the Simmonds household. Gordon suffered a brain bleed and was immediately admitted into the intensive care unit. Unfortunately he has lost the use of his left side. His wife Nancy has been off of work and by his side throughout.
With the mounting costs of ICU care, CAT scans, necessary rehab, medications, and aftercare, the costs will be more than one family can handle, especially with insurance coverage issues.
Any help would be a blessing and greatly appreciated. Nancy and Gordon are active in their community and heavily involved with Great Plains Pointer Rescue. They have always been generous to lend a hand to whoever needed it. Now it's our turn to give back and help ease some of their burden so they can focus on what's most important, Gordon's recovery.
On behalf of the Simmonds family, thank you for your prayers, kind thoughts and heartfelt messages. Updates will be posted on this page as they become available.
