Hi, my name is Kim.

I’ve spent my adult life supporting youth empowerment and action in Cambodia.
Today, I’m using my voice to bring attention to a worsening humanitarian crisis.

What is happening in Cambodia?

Since December 8, 2025, violence along the Cambodia-Thailand border has escalated and triggered a severe humanitarian crisis in the surrounding regions.
Families are forced to leave their homes with little more than what they could carry, fleeing bombardments and the risk of being caught in the fighting.

The human price of this conflict

As of December 17, the reported impact is already devastating:
  • 447,509 civilians displaced
  • 77 injured
  • 17 civilian deaths, including 1 infant
  • 1,091 schools closed across 6 provinces
  • 254,480 students and 11,922 teachers affected

Behind every number is a real family. Parents that are trying to reassure their children while explosions get closer and more frequent. People sleeping in overcrowded camps, old warehouses or improvised shelters, sharing what little food and water they have, and wondering when it will be safe to go back or if they even have a home to return to.

Whatever anyone thinks about the reasons or politics behind this conflict, one thing is clear: civilians are paying the price. These are ordinary families caught in something they didn’t choose, going through some of the darkest moments of their lives.

This fundraiser is focused on one simple thing: getting essentials to families fast.

Where your donation goes

This fundraiser supports Eat More and their local team in the affected provinces. They are inside the most affected camps, buying supplies and hand-delivering emergency aid to families who need help right now.

What your donation provides

Your donation helps put immediate essentials into families’ hands:
  • Food and clean water
  • First aid and essential medicines
  • Hygiene supplies, including feminine care items
  • Baby supplies, warm clothes, and blankets

Your help can make a difference

If you can donate, thank you. Every contribution helps bring a bit of relief and dignity when everything feels unstable.

If you can’t donate, please share this page today with your personal or professional network. Awareness brings reach and reach brings help.

Thank you for helping affected families in this crisis.
