My Journey back to a healthy life.

At age 18 I was diagnosed with an unknown heart condition. Later in my 20s I learned I had SVT and had heart ablation done only to find out it masked two other heart conditions. On top of dealing with mental illness and extreme counseling I found out I do not eat when stressed or any mood really. I have not been able to eat in over 6 months. I was a premature baby and have never broke over 90lbs. I am now 72lbs and without the proper treatment from the buffalo center I will continue to lose weight and continue to damaging health To my physical health and mental. My body learned to function without food for 3 days. And turned into routine where I would function until fogged over without food. Living days w just coffee. I went for my evaluation at buffalo centre and was told I was past the starvation phase and had an eating disorder linked to my mental health. Many people can get help losing weight w insurance but my work insurance does not cover nearly as much as needed for any type of category under mental illness.in fact I have to pay around 500 a week for the program for me to gain weight. Which it is proven harder to gain weight then to lose weight especially when your body no longer wants to respond to food. I crave nothing and food tastes horrible to me. This was not a choice I made. It is a disease. All I have ever wanted was to gain weight even when healthy. So accept please that not only obese people struggle with how they feel, physical health. Mental health and even daily Living. Many people struggle with the opposite case as well. To need to gain weight to live. The program is a intensive partial impatient center. Where I will spend my days and learn what got me to where I am now and will make me healthy enough to take my heart medication again. I have huge support and it's hard to post this publicly for i am a closed person. I am fighting to be healthy and live a comfortable life. This is on top of work who has denied my disability twice and owning and paying for our house. Simply nobody can be better without help.
