Imogen's Rehabilitation fund

Donation protected
Imogen is an amazing, beautiful 4 year old girl who has a mild form of Cerebral Palsy. The Cerebral Palsy mainly affects Imogen's balance as the muscles in her legs are constantly 'tight'. The tightness is now causing major deformities in Imogen's left leg & foot & everyday tasks such as, walking, getting herself dressed & climbing stairs are extremely difficult for her.

As some of you may know, the lovely Imogen has been granted funding for major, life changing surgery. This surgery is called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy (SDR). The hope is that this surgery will give Imogen a chance for a 'more able' future by reducing the tightness in her legs.

It is major surgery which involves cutting the nerve signals in the spinal column which cause the tightness.

After surgery, there is a huge road to recovery. Imogen will need to learn to walk again & have months, possibly years of physio & rehabilitation to get her to a point of leading a pain free & able life.

To help Imogen on her road to recovery and to ensure that she gets all the extra physio and equipment she may need after surgery I would like to raise some money to assist in her recovery.

Thank you in advance of any donation you can give.
