My dog was stolen - sold to a person in Georgia - then when I attempted to get my dog back - it was sold to a person in Arkansas.
I have been trying to get my dog - that is micro chipped - registered with the AKC since 2012 - and am currently awaiting DNA parentage comparison from the AKC.
I already have DNA evidence that the person who has my dog - did not come from the Sire that on record as his dog that was also stolen.
I have been fighting a legal battle with Randolf County Arkansas - Prosecutor Office - Sheiff's Office and State Police.
They do not care about my evidence and want to keep this action in court until I give up or run out of money.
I need help with attorney fees.
If they (Arkansas residents ) can make an ownership claim of your dog with no regard to any evidence of ownership and take possession of your dog to me - they can do it to anyone!!!
Over the past year - my dog was stolen and sold twice!!!
I am requesting assistance with attorney fees so that I can get my dog back and put an end to this very large abuse of power from law enforcement and individuals that do not have any regard for someone else's property - once residents make a claim of unfounded ownership with no more proof than they seem to think that they are above the law!!!!
