Tom's Medical & Living Expense Fund

On 9-29-2017 my co-worker and friend, Tom Durr suffered severe injuries from a fall. 
He has been at Moses Cone Hospital since this occured.  He has had 2 surgeries and currently in ICU.  He is expected to recover, but he is unable to work.  His wife Soraya has spent much of her time by his side.   Without the ability to work, and realizing that there is a long road of recovery ahead of them, they are very concerned about their financial ability to pay their day to day living expenses and medical bills.  Insurance will cover a percentage, but there is a large percentage that will be left for them to pay.
