Changing Minds with pick up a penny

I am running the Great North Run this year to raise money and awareness for a local organisation close to my heart, Changing Minds with Pick Up a Penny. I am so thankful for the amazing team at this centre and the incredible job they do, providing support to children and adults with mental health conditions and their families. Any donations to allow them to continue using innovative therapies to help those affected by mental health would be hugely appreciated.
