Three years ago, I started Little B Biscotti. I am Deb Holt, certified food manager, owner and chef of the world's best Italian cookies (at least in my family's and friends' opinions).
My business is growing and I am in need of a new commercial-grade convection oven and cooling rack. This will help me bake four times the amount of biscotti at one time and be more efficient. In turn, I will be able to service you, my customer, much better.
The oven is electric, countertop, 220V and half-size with four baking shelves (instead of the one I use now).
I create the recipes, bake, and sell these deliciously organic Italian cookies, the nutritious difference. People love them!!
