I'm fundraising on behalf of my partner, Charlie, who is beginning his medical transition with HRT and top surgery. I'm so incredibly proud of the strength and courage he's shown on this journey and want to help him reach the next step in his transition.

Charlie has been navigating this path with so much patience and resilience and HRT/top surgery will be life-changing for him, allowing him to live more authentically and comfortably in his own skin.
