Please help my mom replace her stolen car

My name is Carolina and I am writing this on behalf of my mom, Leo. On March 29, 2025, her car was stolen from outside her apartment complex and taken to Tijuana. Despite all of our efforts, her insurance company has refused to assist with the loss because a required document was missing, leaving her without any support. We also tried filing with her GAP insurance, and they want pictures of the stolen car that she clearly doesn’t have anymore.

This situation has made it incredibly difficult for her to manage daily tasks and to go back and forth to work. She is in urgent need of a vehicle. I am reaching out because I’m trying to help her, and though it’s embarrassing to ask, we really have no other choice.

We are seeking financial assistance to help cover at least the down payment for a replacement vehicle. Any contribution, no matter how small, would be deeply appreciated and would help bring some stability back to her life during this tough time.
