Help my sister who lost her home

My sister Courtney lives on the island of Kauai and her and her boyfriend just recently lost their home and all of their belongings due to major flooding. My sister and her boyfriend Dylan had purchased land that they were planning to build their dream home on. While they were constructing their future home, they were living in a tent with their two cats. They lost all of their belongings including one of their cats. My sister is not one to ask for favors from people but she and Dylan could use any help you are willing to give. Thank you so much!
