Hi, my name is Russ. I am asking for help to raise money for a Medical Transport home for my wife Melissa. She needs Fixed Wing Air Medical transport from St Augustine Florida to Richmond Virginia. We have secured an accepting Hospital and they are holding a bed for her. The cost of this out of pocket expense is $20,000 which will save her live.
