Dear friends, family, and community members,

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved friend, Kiiren Aamer Jackson. Kiiren was a cherished member of the Amherst community, remembered for his boundless energy, sharp intellect, and deep compassion. His creativity, radiant smile, and magnetic stage presence brought light and joy to everyone who knew him. Kiiren’s warmth and brilliance left a lasting impression on the Amherst community and beyond.

As we honor Kiiren’s memory, his family has lovingly given him the dignified and heartfelt send-off he deserves. We are inviting our community to come together in support of Kiiren’s family to assist them in their process of grieving, carrying out Kiiren’s final wishes, and continuing his legacy so that he remains a powerful force of music and light.

Any contribution, no matter how small, is deeply appreciated and will go directly to his mom, Sherry Ormond.
