Poppy is at the very beginning of a journey no child or family should ever have to face. She has recently been diagnosed with bone cancer and has just started what will be a long, gruelling course of chemotherapy.

As you can imagine, life has been turned upside down for Poppy and her family. Her mum, Gemma, is unable to work so she can be by Poppy’s side throughout treatment — attending hospital appointments, supporting her through chemo, and simply being there as her mum when she needs her most.

With the loss of income and the added costs that come with hospital travel, time off work, and everyday living, the financial pressure is immense. This fundraiser is to help ease that burden, allowing the family to focus on what truly matters right now: Poppy’s health, comfort and recovery.
