As some of you may know, my dad passed away on August 3rd. He was a wonderful man who loved his family more than anything and never hesitated to help those around him. He had a big heart, countless friends, and was deeply loved by so many.
One of his lifelong dreams was to visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico City. We arrived in Mexico on Friday evening, planning to visit the Basilica on Saturday. Sadly, he became very ill that night. We rushed him to the hospital, where he fought with all his strength, but on Sunday evening, the Lord called him home.
On top of the emotional weight, we've been faced with significant financial challenges. In Mexico, we had to pay all hospital costs up front, something we were not financially prepared for, especially since this was meant to be a short trip. We're now working through the complex process of bringing him back home while also coordinating funeral arrangements in El Paso.
We’re asking for help to cover these unexpected expenses, including medical bills, transportation, and funeral costs. Any contribution, no matter how small, would mean the world to our family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, prayers, and support during this incredibly difficult time.
