Help the McMullens

Hello everyone! My name is Sarah. Many of you may not know, but on Wednesday November 20th, around 10pm a member of our family had a serious medical emergency. Colby McMullen suffered a brain aneurysm while at home with his wife, Carey, and 2 amazing boys. Through all the miracles in the world, Colby was able to be transported to the hospital by ambulance and is receiving the medical treatment he needs. He is currently in the ICU and will be in the hospital for atleast 2 weeks.

So we are asking for help for their family. We don't know what the recovery will look like and any financial assistance will be so appreciated.

A little about the family. My husband is Colbys cousin and they are basically brothers. Colby is an amazing person who is loving, caring, and willing to do anything for the people around him. Colby and Carey are best friends who are perfect for each other and even more perfect parents to their 2 amazing boys. In any other situation they are not the kind of people to ask for help from others, but in this situation it is appreciated beyond belief.

Wow-to say that the support that has been received through this is overwhelming would be an understatement. Thank you to all who have shared, donated, sent well wishes, etc. We have only been trying to raise money for the McMullens for a week and we have already met our initial goal of $10,000! This being said, we are going to try and increase our goal to help even more with household bills for Carey and the boys, hospital bills, gas, food, etc. Colbys recovery is underway, but it will take time.
