Our small town community rallied together while Dillon was in the ICU and we are asking for it again. With taking over all care of Dillon, we went from two incomes to absolutely nothing - essentially over night. I had to make the decision to stay off work for several months until Dillon’s appointments are more manageable. Over the next several weeks, he will have multiple appointments a week for Home Health, Physical Therapy, cardiology, rheumatology and more. It wasn’t an easy decision to stop all income and stay home, but it’s what Dillon needed. He is home and alive and that’s all that matters. We are asking for any support that you feel in your heart to give our little family. Dillon and I give so much to our communities. We have received so much in this short little time, between cards, snacks/food deliveries, mowing grass, letting our dogs out to play, keeping Amelia company and so much more. Several people have asked for a Go Fund Me and here it is. We are normal people. We are small town people. His news article telling his story last week had over 100,000 views. It even reached hospital staff - staff came in and checked in. His story has been heard and we are sharing again. Anything helps to get us through this nightmare we are fighting together.
