Unexpected Death of Byishimo Vivien

On Tuesday, September 27th, Byishimo Vivien was electrocuted while working a construction job in Kigali, Rwanda. While he was transferred to a hospital, it is with great sadness that we share that efforts to revive him were unsuccessful. He is survived by his wife, Betty, and their two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Ella. Vivien was the sole earner in the family, so Betty and Ella are now left without a source of income. They also do not have funds for the funeral.

We are consequently launching this GoFundMe for funeral expenses. We also would love to help Betty and Ella with their basic needs as they cope with Vivien's tragic and unexpected death. We believe people come together in times of loss to help each other, and we appreciate any support you can provide.
