“You’ll always be with me like a handprint on my heart.” On January 11th, the sweet Powell family lost an amazing husband, a caring father and a proud grandpa. This was an unexpected loss for everyone that knew Billy. Billy had a huge heart. He was kind, giving, hardworking, and was always ready to lend a helping hand.
