Recovery from motorcycle accident

Hi, my name is Mauricio Rivera and im fundraising for medical bills, recovery, and wages. I was driving on the freeway when a vehicle side-swiped me as I was traveling home. This resulted in the vehicle clipping my front tire, causing me to loose control of my motorcycle and sliding down the freeway. The injuries sustained from this are causing me to be sidelined for an extended period of time. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
