My name is Iyesha , and I have started this campaign in hopes to help my Dad raise funds to help with his fight against cancer. My dad Ivan Donner was diagnose with multiple myeloma (August 2014) multiple myeloma is a blood cancer that attacks the plasma cells in the bone marrow . The plasma cells are a type of white blood cell in the bone marrow. With this condition, A group of plasma cells becomes cancerous and multiplies. The disease can damage the bones, immune system, kidneys, And red blood cells count . This by far has been the most difficult months of our lives. As of now my dad is receiving his treatment from CTCA, Let me tell you about Ivan he is a loving husband to my step mom Yvette and a great father to his two daughters, Me Iyesha 29  and my sister Iyauna 13.  My dad is a family man that loves to spend time with his family, he is the most positive, loving, kind, strong willed person and a good role model. He is the type of person who loves to work LOVES IT ! HE ALSO HAS A PASSION FOR THE SAXOPHONE. He's great at it. Unfortunately he was told that he could no longer work during this process of the stem cell transplant, He was even more devastated, THAT WAS ALSO A BLOW TO HIM FINANCIALLY, Ivan has to stay in the cancer center of America hospital for 4 to 6 weeks to undergo Autologous transplant process Followed By STEM CELL TRANSPLANT this phase of the transplant Can be very uncomfortable because high doses of chemotherapy are used and the side effects can make you weak, very sick and take months to fully recover, Me and my mom will be taking time off work to be there with him during and after his hospital stay. 
Any donation will help offset the costs associated with his transplant travel, lodging, medical and Living expenses .
