I have lived with Type 1 diabetes for 21 yrs, with Multiple Sclerosis for 8 yrs, and was diagnosed with Gastroparesis in 12/2014 along with heart problems.

Since my recent diagnosis I struggle with feeling well enough to work and with helping raise my 7 yr old son.

Please be kind and keep me in your prayers. If possible please donate to help with my finances to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN to give me a possible chance to live a better quality of life.
