Lisa's Car fund

Valentine's Day 2021, I walk out to my car to go and start it and let it run for a bit. I start it and it sounds horrible. I get out to look at my car and there's a jack holding my front passenger side up on my car. Also noticing saw blades all over the snow. 6" Diego blades. I called the police and a friend to come over. When the officer got here, she asked to see if the catalytic converter was stil there. My friend looked and said no. She has informed us that Manitowoc and Sheboygan have had hits too. The Fox Valley has to. 

So now here I am with no car. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome hypermobility. Lack of collagen. As my PT puts it, I'm a bag of bones with not much holding me together. So do both of my adult children. I have single sided deafness. I have lymphedema treatment and physical therapy 3 times a week each, along with sometimes a trip to the Milwaukee, Green Bay or Cleveland v.a. (I'm a Veteran) clinic or hospital. I am also the person that takes my daughter, who has hEDS and is on the Autism Spectrum to her appointments and grocery shopping. I need a car for medical appointments. I'm on SSI. I don't work. Some days I can barely walk.
