My name is Daniel DIFiore and I am trying to raise funds for our daughter’s recent medical expenses. We were on a cruise vacation when she suddenly became very sick and in extreme pain. We were forced to disembark at our first stop St Thomas and sent to the hospital. The surgeons there immediately said she needed to be flown back to the states to have a specialist do this surgery. My wife and daughter were forced to take medical flight with a team of doctor while me and my other daughter flew home commercially. My daughter was flown directly to Nemours Children’s Hospital and taken into a major surgery. While to surgery was successful we will be here at the hospital for some time. The unexpected expenses of this overall is overwhelming as the medical flight alone will be over 50k. We would typically never ask for assistance but this is a situation we cannot handle on our own.
