I am writing this as I sit packing and praying. My son and I are in a really tough spot right now. We are struggling and had thought we were receiving some assistance to help us stay in our home. Unfortunately, I found out yesterday that the assistance fell through, and we are going to be set out of our home next week if we cannot get the funds to pay for it by Monday! We will essentially be homeless. As of right now, I do not know where we will go. All of our stuff will be placed in a storage unit, and we will hopefully be able to find a couch to crash on until it is figured out, but I am praying that won’t happen. If you could please find it in your heart to help out, we would be forever grateful! Having a roof over your head is an essential part of life, and I’m not sure what we will do when it is gone. I lost my car a few years ago, and life has really been a struggle. If we could just get a lift to get back on our feet, we would be truly grateful!
