Please help with my rent

My name is Catherine, I am 33 and currently living with my two kids. I've been unemployed for about a year due to a disability and have not yet received a determination on my case. Every month I have had the help of family to cover my expenses, this month however I am unable to receive the same help due unexpected change of circumstance.

Please help me keep my apartment for one more month.
