David’s fight against cancer

Hi this is David melhorn, I have worked at Mckenzie Willamette hospital for the last 5 years as a respiratory therapist and I’ve really enjoy helping people throughout  the hospital. I’ve recently been diagnosis with esophageal cancer. I’ll be going in for a 4-6 hour surgery to have part of my stomach and lower esophagus removed. I do have medical insurance that will be covering a large portion of these bills, but there are things that the insurance will not be covering, In addition I will be out of work for a significant period of time, and any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m so grateful to my friends, family, and co-workers for all the encouragement they have given me as I start this fight. I know the state of the economy has left many people wondering about the future so please do not feel obligated to donate in way. Thank you David.
